Delivery
All parts are normally shipped with 2-3 days unless a specific request is made for next day delivery.
Minimum order
On Deck Watercrafts has no minimum order but will add a $5 handling fee to all orders under $25 excluding service/parts manuals.
Returned checks
Any check returned unpaid for any reason will result in a service charge of $35 and all future shipments will be on a cash-only basis.
Merchandise return
On Deck Watercrafts accepts absolutely no returns on electronic parts. Any other part may only be returned with prior authorization. Please e-mail for a return authorization within 7 days of receipt of product. If the credit is authorized an in-house credit will be issued and a 10% restocking charge will be applied to the credit.
