As of January 11, 2011 Powerski International Corporation along with its owner Robert E. Montgomery filed Bankruptcy in the California Bankruptcy Court Santa Ana Division Case No: 8:11-bk-10462-TA & Case No: 8:11-bk-10461-TA
On Deck Watercrafts is listed as a creditor owed in the current proceedings, we received this information on April 5th, 2011. Now there was a meeting of creditors scheduled on February 24, 2011 where On Deck Watercrafts could appeal. We were unable to do this since we received the information almost two months after the meeting. With this being said we believe that Robert Montgomery is still up to his poor business practices. Powerski International states that there are no assets owned by the company, yet it uses the trademarked Jetboard name to start a new company. From our understandings Mr. Montgomery is working in conjunction with a Chinese/Tawaiin company who is currently building his knock off. He has built a new website stating not to purchase any knock off of his product from anyone other than him.
On Deck Watercrafts is currently using this page to inform others of the misdoings of Robert Montgomery and to inform others of their situations and how investing money into Powerski International has personally affected them.
